TERMS OF SERVICE


1. Ordering

You (the “purchaser”, the “customer”) may place an order by navigating our products on this website and using the store checkout procedure.


2. Our Contract

When you place an order for any of our products offered on this website (our “goods”), you will receive a confirmation email. This is not an acceptance of your order. We retain the right to accept or reject before processing the order. A despatch email will confirm the contract once payment is approved, prices verified and advises how we will process your order and when your order will be dispatched. It is your responsibility to ensure our emails are not blocked or withheld from your immediate viewing by spam filtering or similar such software, programs or apps running on your email server or the server of your email service provider.


3. Payment, Pricing and Availability

We try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of goods which appear on the website are accurate and current, however errors can occur. If there are any errors, we aim to update the website as soon as possible.
i) Website orders – We use Stripe and PayPal for processing your payment. You must select which service you wish to use during the checkout process and follow the relevant instructions hitherto.
ii) Where your order contains a product that includes an extended period of time for its manufacture, your order confirmation will highlight any such period that extends beyond the period during which you have the Right to Cancel.
If an item is not available, we will endeavour to contact you before the quoted delivery time expires. If we are not able to offer a suitable date for delivery, we will be happy to cancel your order and offer a full refund.


4. Delivery

Deliveries will be sent registered with Royal Mail, Parcelforce or A.N.Other courier appointed by us or on instruction from our chosen courier in order to fulfil their contract with us, with full tracking information provided to you via email. 


5. VAT

We are not registered for VAT in the United Kingdom therefore we are unable to charge VAT on our goods. Consequently, our invoices do not show VAT as a line item and we are unable to provide invoices showing VAT as a separate line item. 


6. Right to cancel

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days following the day upon which your order was placed. To cancel your order please contact our customer service team on +44 (0) 7477 006 391. Please ensure you retain possession of your order confirmation and take reasonable care of it. We reserve the right to inspect any returns and deduct monies for wear and tear or damage, including where the item has been either checked or used.


7. Returns

In the event that you need to return any product for any reason, you should first contact us to discuss, by telephoning our customer service team on +44 (0) 7477 006 391 or by email at [email protected] or [email protected]. We aim to help resolve any issues arising from any need of any customer to return any product within a reasonable time period.


8. Guarantee

We aim to ensure that all our products are of a satisfactory quality - just as we would expect to purchase ourselves. If your purchased product falls below any reasonable expectation of quality or is defective, you should in the first instance report this to us not later than 30 days after delivery. Your statutory rights are not affected.


9. Force Majeure

We reserve the right to defer the date of delivery or to cancel the Contract or reduce the volume of the Goods ordered by the Purchaser (without liability to the Purchaser) if it is prevented from or delayed in the carrying on of its business due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Company including, without limitation, a legally defined ‘act of god’* or malevolent or supernatural being, governmental actions, war or national emergency, acts of terrorism, protests, riot, civil commotion, fire, explosion, flood, epidemic, lock-outs, lock-ins, strikes or other labour disputes (whether or not relating to either party's workforce), or restraints or delays affecting carriers or inability or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable materials, provided that, if the event in question continues for a continuous period in excess of 28 days, the Purchaser shall be entitled to give notice in writing to the Company to terminate the Contract.
*we do not believe in any god, spirits, superheroes, phantom beings or any of that nonsense but we don’t mind taking your money for our goods if you like to spend time pondering the nature of the universe and all its wonders and mysteries.
